"I got a email that said Free MVP upgrade!
I call the store and ask about if the hair cut is free?they told me yes just bring the coupon.The day after that phone call my kids and husband went there and present the coupon before they get haircuts,the lady who was working there doesn’t have any idea about the coupons but ask her colleague then immediately called us because we were the first customer as the coupon said just for early birds from 9am-10pm .then they charge us for $65 just for 3 haircut 1 men and 2 kids.when I said we thought the coupon is for free haircut,she said it’s free for MVP upgrade!!!!.nobody told us what is the MVP ,we did not got even shampoo!!!!!"
